Some of my favorite memories were made not only in the kitchen with my dad, but gathered around the dining room table. These recipes are inspired by weeknight dinners, comforting classics, family traditions, and special occasions that bring people together. Join me as I share cherished recipes and a love for simple, heartfelt cooking full of flavor.

Orange Blossom Banana Bread

Cream together 1 cup of sugar and 1 stick of softened butter. Add 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream, and 3 mashed bananas.

Once well combined, add 2¼ cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Gently mix while adding the zest of 1 large orange.

Bake for 1 hour at 325°F.

Chicken Sun-dried Tomato Meatball

Mix together 1 lb of ground chicken, 1 large sweet onion and 1c sun dried tomatoes chopped, (that has been sautéed together in 2 tsp of olive oil), 1 egg, ½ c breadcrumbs, ½ c parmesan, 1 c pepperoncini peppers chopped,1 tsp basil, 1 tsp, pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 4 TBSP pepperoncini juice, and zest of 1 lemon.

Roll the mixture into 12 inch meatballs. Heat 3 TBSP olive oil in a skillet on high heat. Add meatballs in a single layer and sear on all sides, roughly 3 mins per side. Heat oven to 350. Put meatballs in oven when golden brown on all sides. Warm in oven for 20 mins, making sure internal temperature is 165. Remove from oven and serve with your favorite pasta.
