Kim is an entrepreneurial personal chef and the founder of Plated by Kim serving clients throughout the Cleveland area with thoughtfully crafted, in home dining experiences and customized meal prep services.
With over 40 years of hands on culinary experience, Kim’s passion for cooking began long before it became her profession. As a mother of four, she understands firsthand the importance of creating meals that are not only delicious, but also nourishing, balanced, and practical for everyday life. What started as a love for bringing people together over food has grown into a business centered around connection, creativity, and care.
She specializes in elevated comfort food. Meals that feel both familiar and refined. While placing a strong emphasis on nutrition, balance, and vibrant presentation. Kim believes that food should not only taste incredible, but also nourish the body and brighten the table.
Nourishing the body came easy to Kim. It began early with the children. Feeding their growing bodies to develop, perform, and reach their full potential was part of her daily routine.
